Abstract:

GeoERA RESOURCE Pan-EU groundwater Resources Maps Deliverable 6.2 - 6.6 Deliverable 6.2 of GeoERA RESOURCE WP6 describes the template that was used to gather the information on volumes and depths of the active fresh groundwater system at a 10x10 km resolution; Deliverable 6.3 of GeoERA RESOURCE WP6 describes the first maps of the volumes and depths of the fresh groundwater in Europe. Deliverable 6.4 of GeoERA RESOURCE WP6 describes the final dataset which is included in the Information Platform EGDI. The dataset itself, a NetCDF file, contains information on groundwater resources that has been gathered by the participating surveys. Deliverable 6.5 of GeoERA RESOURCE WP6 describes the water balance terms for the EU fresh groundwater grid. Deliverable D6.6 of GeoERA RESOURCE describes the justification of choices to compile Pan-EU Groundwater Resources maps from all participating surveys.
