De Nationale Geologiske Undersøgelser for Norge (NGU) og norske Radiation Protection Authority (NRPA) lancerede Radon susceptibilitetskort serie i 2006. Disse kort giver de lokale myndigheder vigtige oplysninger om den geografiske fordeling af potentielle radon farer, og kan bruges til at prioritere radon målinger i eksisterende boliger og ved vurderingen af den fremtidige udvikling af nye områder.
