EURARE was a project funded by the European Commission for the 'Development of a sustainable exploitation scheme for Europe's Rare Earth ore deposits'. Data originally compiled as Microsoft Excel (XLS) spreadsheet, then ingested into PostgreSQL database which is backend of the BGS EN MINERALS service.
