Data Quality
Data are received from ITU-EMCOL as shapefiles and uploaded to the common database used by EMODnet Geology for webservices. Lines are simplified with Douglas-Peucker using a tolerance on 10 m.
Constraints
The seismic profiles were collected by different international projects that EMCOL were attended, but some of them are still not published. Thus, we could only provide digital data in case of any scientific collaborations with ITU EMCOL.
