A dataset showing the locations of the boreholes where long term average recharge values (mm/year) are calculated using multiple recharge calculation tools. Clicking a borehole will lead to a figure showing the LTA recharge calculated using one or more than one tool. Models are driven by rainfall and potential evaporation and calibrated using either time series of groundwater levels or flow discharges at a gauging station or both depending on the tool. Please refer to tool used to identify if the recharge ...

This layer shows the locations of the boreholes where lumped models are applied to estimate recharge values. Different modelling tools are applied by TACTIC partners including BRGM, BGS, GEUS, GSS, GSI, GTK, IGME, ISPRA, SGU, and TNO. The boreholes will display historical and future estimates of recharge values calculated from these tools.

Iso-content maps of Lutetium (Lu), one of the chemical elements.obtained in the Geochemical Atlas of Spain Project, distributed in stream sediments (14,864 samples), superficial soils (0-20 cm.) (13,505 samples) and deeper soils (20-40 cm.) (7,682 samples). The results of the chemical analysis are shown in two types: total dissolution of the sample with 4 acids and partial dissolution with aqua regia. With the analytical results of all the sampled points, an isocontent map is made with adjustment to a squa...

This layer of the map based index (GeoIndex) shows the locations of known mines, mineral showings and localities, including sites where minerals of economic interest have been identified in panned concentrates. The information for the index is taken from the Mineral Occurrence Database. The Mineral Occurrence Database holds information on mineral occurrences in the UK including locations of known mines, deposits, prospects and mineral showings, including sites where minerals of potential economic interest ...
