Abstract:
Vanuit de bescherming van een goed woon- en leefklimaat en het voorkomen van saneringssituaties gelden er voorwaarden aan het oprichten van geluidgevoelige gebouwen langs provinciale wegen. In dit bestand staat de attentiezone van de provinciale wegen zoals opgenomen in de Omgevingsverordening Noord-Brabant. Er is een attentiezone geluid opgenomen vanwege de verplichte vaststelling van geluidproductieplafonds langs provinciale wegen. Binnen deze zone wordt met een instructieregel aandacht gevraagd voor het oprichten van woningen binnen de geluidcontour van de wegDit geo-bestand is gebruikt bij het samenstellen van de Omgevingsverordening Noord-Brabant, inclusief de kaartaanpassingen 2024, 2025-1 en regelwijziging 1.De juridisch geldende bestanden worden door publicatie van de verordening inclusief bijlage met de geoinformatieobjecten in het Provinciaal Blad ter beschikking gesteld.
