Abstract:

Aplikace Metadatový katalog ČGS slouží pro vyhledání informací (metadat) o datových zdrojích, které ČGS spravuje a poskytuje dále veřejnosti. Je založen na systému MIcKA pro práci s metadaty prostorových dat podle mezinárodních standardů ISO, OGC a INSPIRE. Tento systém umožňuje správu metadat v centrální databázi, jejich editaci a prohlížení přes webové rozhraní a publikaci pomocí standardizované katalogové služby typu CS-W.
