Abstract:

Der Datensatz beschreibt die Haupteinheiten des Grungebirges von Norwegen. Diese werden nach der Lithologie und nach dem Alter unterteilt. Außerdem werden auch Gänge, tektonische Strukturen, Einschlag-Stellen und Basalte gezeigt. Die Grundgebirgsreginen werden entsprechenden tektonischen Einheiten zugeordnet. Die Karte ist ein Resultat verschiedener über mehrere Dekaden durchgeführter Kartierungskampagnen, wodurch die Präzision der Angaben von Region zu Region schwanken kann.
