Datová sada vyzdvihuje hlavní znaky skalního podkladu Norska. Popisuje území pomocí typu horniny a stáří. Také jsou zobrazeny DYKE SWARMS, tektonické struktury, IMPACT SITES a bazalty. Podložní geologické jednotky jsou také přiřazeny k tektonickým jednotkám. Mapa sestává z dat z několika mapovacích kampaní za poslední desítky let, proto je její přesnost proměnná.
