The work package aimed to compile and harmonise available information on submerged landscape features by integrating existing records of palaeoenvironmental indicators with interpretations of geomorphology, stratigraphy and type of sediment.
Relict estuary landform defined as a partially enclosed coastal body of brackish water with one or more rivers or streams flowing into it and a free connect to the open sea/ocean. Where know the type of estuary (e.g. fjord, estuary, ria) is included. Chronological information is presented as calendar age BP. Confidence is defined as follows: 1.
